Reviewed accounts only
SafariSync is where tour operators and property owners across Africa handle enquiries, itineraries, rates, availability and bookings — and work with each other directly, without an OTA in the middle.
Who it is for
Operators and properties get their own dashboard — and meet in the middle when they trade with each other.
Tour operators
Take enquiries from travellers searching for safaris, turn them into priced itineraries, and manage the booking through to departure.
Lodges, camps & hotels
List your property, publish availability and rates once, and let tour operators book against the terms you set.
The platform
The tools a safari business actually runs on, in one place instead of four subscriptions and a spreadsheet.
Traveller enquiries arrive with destination, dates and party size. You decide which to take before any detail is unlocked.
A guided builder for day-by-day proposals: activities, stays, transfers, pricing, tax and PDF export.
One calendar for rooms, tents and departures — with holds, options and provisional reservations.
Push rates, restrictions and availability to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb from a single hub.
Operators and property owners connect directly, agree contract rates, and settle between themselves.
Housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, fleet, staff scheduling and guest check-in.
Revenue, occupancy, lead conversion, aging and cash reconciliation — with exports.
Take payment through your own gateway. Cards, bank transfer, M-Pesa and mobile money via PesaPal.
Optional module suites extend the core — add only the ones your operation needs.
How it works
Company details, your team, and the plan that fits. Registration takes a few minutes.
Every new organisation is checked by a person before it goes live — usually inside 1–2 business days.
Publish tours or property details, load rates and availability, and connect your channels.
Enquiries, partnership requests and bookings land in your dashboard from day one.
Pricing
Plans differ by what you run — published tours for operators, properties for lodges and camps.
30-day free trial. Prices in USD, billed monthly, cancel from your dashboard.
Questions
safarisync.com is the traveller-facing marketplace where guests browse safaris, lodges and camps. app.safarisync.com is the business dashboard where tour operators and property owners run their side of it — listings, enquiries, bookings, rates and reporting.
A traveller sends an enquiry through the marketplace. You see the summary first — destination, dates, group size — and choose to accept or pass. Accepting reveals the full customer details and charges your wallet. You are never billed for a lead you did not take.
An operator sends a contract rate request to a property. The property owner sets the terms and approves the partnership, after which the operator can build itineraries and book at the agreed rates. Settlement runs between the two businesses, through the property owner's own payment gateway.
Yes. The number of properties included depends on your plan — the pricing section above shows the limit on each. Larger portfolios are handled case by case; contact sales.
Guest and operator payments are processed through PesaPal, covering credit and debit cards, bank transfer, M-Pesa and other mobile money. Payments for direct bookings go to your own connected gateway rather than being held by the platform.
Yes. New organisations are created pending review and are checked manually. You will be emailed once the review is done, and you can sign in and finish your setup as soon as it clears.
